ORDERS

To get your order in, follow these steps:

  • Login to/Create your account on www.zlaatafashions.com 
  • Browse through our epic range until you spot something you’re into. Pick your size using our size chart if needed.
  • When you're set, hit that 'Add To Cart' button.
  • Once everything's in your cart, go for the cart icon up top. You can either 'View Cart' or just 'Place Order' right there.
  • Time to drop your deets: phone number, address, and pick your payment style.
  • After you've cashed in, we'll take it from there. 

Order is now locked in!

Once you have locked in your order with us, you'll get a confirmation email & a SMS/Whatsapp with all the deets and your order ID.

When your order’s on the move, we'll shoot you another email and message. So kick back, chill and get ready for your epic stuff to roll in.

  • First, make sure you’re logged in.
  • Hit up ‘Account’ on the top right and scoot over to ‘Order History
  • All your order info is waiting for you there

Sorry, but we don’t do order cancellations at the moment

Sorry, we don't have any express delivery options right now. If we drop that service in the future and your area's in the zone, we'll hit you up with the deets.

PAYMENTS

  • Double-check your deets – account info, billing address, and Net Banking password. And make sure your Wi-Fi's on point.
  • If your account's been charged, don't sweat it – the cash usually bounces back in 10 biz days.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

Give us 5-7 biz days to process your order. After that, it's usually 2-4 days for delivery (depending on where you're at). If anything wild happens out of the blue, and there's a delay, we'll hit you up with the deets and the new ETA.

Zalaata Fashions provide completely free shipping.

Once the order is out from our spot, we'll ping you through email, SMS, and WhatsApp with the tracking link 

You can also check by logging in and hitting the 'Track Orders' button from the menu, and filling in the required info

The quickest way to get a hold of us is to reach out to the support team through text on whatsapp (+91 73054 86025), and they’ll respond within 24 hours.

If your prepaid order can't make it and heads back to us, we've got you covered. We'll either refund you or make another go at delivery. For a refund, you'll see it in your bank within 24-48 hours of action.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

You'll get back what you paid, no more, no less

Once we get the request, the courier squad will swing by within 2 biz days for the pickup. And if you're going for a refund (not an exchange), the full amount will hit your bank account within 24-48 hours after they pick it up. Just make sure the product and tags are in good shape for the pickup.

If it's been 5-7 biz days since our courier partner picked up the order and the cash hasn’t reached your bank, hit us up at support@zlaata.com or ping us on whatsapp (+91 73054 86025). We'll get on it and get you sorted.

Here's the scoop: We only do returns, exchanges, or refunds if there's something wrong with the product, like defects, misprinting, damage, or if it's lost in transit. You gotta hit up support@zlaata.com or DM us on whatsapp (+91 73054 86025) within 5 days for misprints or damage, and within 10 days if it's MIA after the ETA.

If we goofed up your order or you got some messed-up gear, no worries – we'll fix it on the house as we're all about giving you the best service.
You can either email us at support@zlaata.com or slide into our DMs at +91 73054 86025 ASAP, with your Order ID and a quick rundown of the problem (OR) Sign in to your account, go to the 'Return and Exchange Portal,' and fill in the required deets so we can sort you out.
